My guided Chakra Healing Series was created as an invitation to step away from the noise around you, bring your awareness inward, and intentionally reconnect with yourself.

This 15–20 minute guided Reiki healing focuses specifically on the Throat Chakra, the fifth of the major chakras of the physical body.

The Throat Chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, truth, and your ability to give voice to your authentic self. It isn't simply about speaking — it also encompasses how you listen, how freely you express yourself, and whether the words you share reflect what you truly think, feel, need, and believe.

Throughout this healing, you'll be guided to bring focused awareness to the Throat Chakra, creating space for clearing, balance, authentic expression, and a deeper connection with your own voice.

Through guided visualization and the supportive presence of Reiki intentionally woven into the session, you'll be invited to explore what is held within this energy center. This may include the words you've struggled to express, places where you've silenced or diminished yourself, or patterns of communication that may no longer serve your current journey.

The intention is not simply to encourage you to speak more or louder. Instead, this healing creates space to reconnect with your authentic voice — recognizing when you are called to speak, when you are called to listen, and how you can communicate from a place that feels true to you.

It is also possible to become deeply relaxed, enter a meditative state, or fall asleep while listening. If that happens, there is no need to feel as though you have done anything wrong. Allow yourself to rest and return to the recording whenever you feel called.
