7 Chakra Guided Healing
This guided Reiki healing was created as an invitation to step away from the noise around you, bring your awareness inward, and intentionally reconnect with yourself.
A Journey Through the 7 Major Chakras
In this 35–40 minute guided healing, I’ll walk you through each of the seven major chakras of the physical body — from Root to Crown — bringing focused attention to clearing, balancing, grounding, and restoring the flow of energy throughout your system.
Rather than treating each chakra as separate, this healing moves intentionally from one energy center to the next, creating connection throughout the entire chakra system and encouraging you to illuminate your own light from within.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided through visualization and energetic healing while receiving the supportive presence of Reiki intentionally woven into the session.
The intention is not to force your energy into a particular state, but to create space for you to release what is ready to be released, reconnect with yourself, and receive what supports you where you are in your journey.
Make the Experience Your Own
This healing can be experienced simply as it is — or you may choose to create a more intentional space around yourself before beginning.
You might incorporate:
Incense or cleansing smoke
Essential oils
Grounding or chakra-supportive crystals
Clear Quartz to work alongside the full chakra system
A comfortable place where you can fully relax
There is no "correct" scent, crystal, or tool you need to use. Allow yourself to choose what feels supportive to you in the moment.
You may also return to this healing as often as you feel called. Each experience may feel a little different depending on what is happening within your life and energetic landscape at the time.
Come back when you feel scattered. Come back when you feel heavy. Come back when you simply want to reconnect.
Allow the healing to meet you where you are.

Do not listen to or intentionally participate in this guided healing while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring your full attention.
It is also possible to become deeply relaxed, enter a meditative state, or fall asleep while listening. If that happens, there is no need to feel as though you have "done it wrong." Allow yourself to rest and return to the recording whenever you feel called.
