Every offering from Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary makes its way to you a little differently. Some creations are made, prepared, and packaged by hand; some arrive digitally; and some are created and fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners.
This page explains what you can expect after placing an order.
🌿 Handcrafted & Physical Offerings
Items that are created, prepared, packaged, and shipped directly by Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary will be carefully prepared for shipment after your order is received.
Most physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days before being shipped. Some handmade or seasonal offerings may require additional preparation time, and any significant processing delays will be communicated when possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and available shipping options.
Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary currently ships within the United States.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery.
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
✨ Digital Offerings
Digital products and services do not require physical shipping.
Depending on the offering, your digital purchase may be delivered by email, through your customer account, or through another digital delivery method provided at checkout.
Please make sure the email address associated with your order is correct so your digital offering can reach you.
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased or delivered. Because digital offerings cannot be physically returned, all sales of downloadable and digital products are final.
📦 Print-on-Demand Creations
Some Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary creations are produced and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.
These items are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, they may have a different processing and delivery timeline than items shipped directly by Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary.
Your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains both Willow Tree creations and print-on-demand items.
Print-on-demand products are shipped directly from the fulfillment provider, and shipping times, tracking, and carrier handling may vary.
If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can work with the fulfillment provider to resolve it.

Because Willow Tree Healing & Apothecary offers a mixture of handmade creations, digital offerings, and print-on-demand products, processing and delivery times may vary from one offering to another.
When in doubt, the individual product or service listing will provide the most specific information about how that particular offering is delivered.
