Crown Chakra Guided Healing

My guided Chakra Healing Series was created as an invitation to step away from the noise around you, bring your awareness inward, and intentionally reconnect with yourself.

Crown Chakra | Connection • Consciousness • Soul

This 15–20 minute guided Reiki healing focuses specifically on the Crown Chakra, the seventh of the major chakras of the physical body.

Within the energetic framework of this healing, the Crown is recognized as the first seat of your soul and an anchoring point of the soul within the physical body. It represents your connection to Source Consciousness, your understanding of the world beyond the physical, and your awareness of yourself as something greater than the physical experience alone.

Throughout this healing, you’ll be guided to bring focused awareness to the Crown Chakra — creating space for clearing, grounding, balance, and deeper connection.

Through guided visualization and the supportive presence of Reiki intentionally woven into the session, you’ll be invited to explore what is held within this energy center, release what may no longer serve your current journey, and strengthen your connection with your own soul and Source Consciousness.

The intention is not to force the Crown Chakra open or into a particular state, but to create a supportive space for you to connect with it, experience it, and allow your energy to respond naturally.

Make the Experience Your Own

This healing can be experienced simply as it is, or you may choose to incorporate scents, crystals, or other tools that help you create an intentional space.

Supportive Scents & Oils

• Lotus

• Frankincense

• Jasmine

• Lavender

• Sandalwood

Crown Chakra Crystals

White, clear, and purple stones are commonly associated with the Crown Chakra, including:

• Amethyst

• Labradorite

• Selenite

• White Calcite

• Moonstone

• Fluorite

• Clear Quartz

You don't need any of these tools for the healing to be meaningful. Choose what feels supportive to you or simply arrive as you are.

Return Whenever You Feel Called

You may return to this healing as often as you would like. Your experience may change depending on what is happening within your life, awareness, and energetic landscape at the time.

Come back when you feel disconnected. Come back when you're seeking clarity or deeper connection. Come back when you simply feel the pull to turn inward.

Allow the healing to meet you where you are.
