Home should feel like somewhere you can exhale.

It's where you sleep, gather, raise families, care for animals, create, argue, celebrate, grieve, rest, and live the ordinary pieces of life that eventually become your story.

Sometimes, though, a home or piece of land simply doesn't feel settled.

Maybe you've noticed a particular room feels different. Perhaps you've experienced something you can't quite explain. Maybe the property has a long history, you've recently moved in, or you're simply feeling called to include your home and land in your spiritual practices.

A Home & Small Property SRT Clearing is designed for residential homes and properties of 3 acres or less, with the intention of investigating what may be presenting within the land and structures through the Spirit Release Therapy framework.

The Home AND the Land

This isn't simply a clearing of the four walls of your house.

Your property is approached as a whole.

Depending on your individual property, the investigation may include:

• The primary residence

• The surrounding land

• Garages and sheds

• Barns or small outbuildings

• Gardens and outdoor gathering areas

• Other structures located within the property boundary

Using established SRT protocols, we may explore spiritual and energetic concepts recognized within the practice, including non-beneficial energetic influences, earthbound spirits, portals, energetic patterns associated with particular areas or structures, and other influences that may present during the investigation.

But we don't enter a property assuming that every creaking floorboard, strange feeling, difficult memory, or uncomfortable room has a supernatural explanation.

We investigate first. We don't assume.

How a Property SRT Clearing Works

Property SRT Clearings are conducted remotely. I do not need to physically enter or visit your home or land.

You'll provide the requested information about your property when booking so we can clearly identify the home, land, and applicable structures included within the clearing.

As the Facilitator, I connect over Zoom with a psychic medium from our SRT team. The medium enters a trance or meditative state to work within our spiritual framework while I lead the investigation using established SRT protocols.

Throughout the session, the medium communicates their impressions and findings to me while I guide the investigative and clearing process.

Within the framework of our spiritual practice, we identify and address non-beneficial energetic influences that present during the session with the intention of supporting greater energetic harmony and balance throughout the property.

At the conclusion of the clearing, we complete the appropriate final SRT checks for the land and structures included within the session.

Your Property Clearing Report

I document the investigation as it unfolds and prepare a written report explaining what areas were explored, what presented within the session, and the work performed.

Your completed report is emailed after the clearing, typically within 1–2 weeks.

Depending on what presents, your report may also provide insight that helps you better understand the property through the SRT framework and support your own ongoing spiritual or energetic practices within your home.

Your Home Doesn't Need to Be "Haunted"

I want to make this particularly clear.

You do not need a dramatic paranormal story to choose a property clearing.

And booking one does not mean we're going to decide your home is haunted.

My approach to SRT is rooted in sovereignty, discernment, and empowerment—not fear.

We investigate what actually presents within the spiritual framework of the practice rather than starting with the conclusion that something must be wrong.

Your home holds life.

People have good days there and terrible ones. Families change. Animals come and go.

Memories accumulate. Land has existed long before any house was built upon it.

The purpose of this work isn't to erase all of that.

It's to address what presents as non-beneficial within the SRT framework while respecting that a home is allowed to have history and still feel like yours.

SRT is a spiritual practice, and terminology and findings within the session and report reflect the spiritual framework and beliefs of that practice. They should not be interpreted as objectively verified supernatural events or as environmental, structural, legal, historical, or other professional assessments.

This is your home. Your space. Your little piece of Earth.

The intention is to help you feel more at home within it.

Service Limitations — Safety & Integrity

To protect the safety of our team and maintain the integrity and appropriate scope of this work, we reserve the right to decline and refund clearing requests that fall outside the services we provide.

We do not accept clearing requests for:

• Active war zones or regions experiencing ongoing military conflict

• Areas experiencing extreme instability or continuous violence

• Large institutional properties or environments such as hospitals, prisons, universities, or similar high-risk locations

These environments may involve complex circumstances extending far beyond the scope of an individual spiritual or energetic service and may require multiple forms of real-world professional or institutional support. We therefore do not accept them as SRT clearing targets.

This service is intended for properties you own, occupy, manage, or otherwise have appropriate permission to include in spiritual or energetic work.
