Businesses open and close. The way a piece of land is lived on, worked with, and experienced can change many times over its lifetime.

A Large Property & Land SRT Clearing is designed for properties of 3 acres or more and smaller properties with multiple buildings or greater complexity that require a broader investigation than a standard residential clearing.

This may include:

• Farms and homesteads

• Large residential properties and estates

• Businesses and commercial properties

• Properties with multiple homes or structures

• Barns, workshops, garages, and outbuildings

• Mixed residential/business properties

• Other privately owned multi-building spaces

The intention isn't to erase the history of a place.

It's to investigate what presents now, address non-beneficial energetic influences identified within the SRT framework, and support a space that feels more harmonious for the people and animals living, working, creating, or simply existing there.

We Look at More Than the House

When we're working with a larger property, the investigation isn't limited to the primary building.

The land itself matters.

Using established SRT protocols, the session may explore spiritual and energetic concepts associated with the property, land, and included structures.

Depending on what presents within the investigation, this may include non-beneficial energetic influences, earthbound spirits, portals, energetic patterns associated with particular areas or structures, and other influences recognized within the SRT framework.

We may also investigate whether something appears isolated to one portion of the property or presents more broadly across the space.

We don't begin by assuming that an old barn is haunted, a difficult area of land has something attached to it, or every strange experience has a supernatural explanation.

We investigate first.

How a Property SRT Clearing Works

Property SRT Clearings are conducted remotely. I do not need to physically enter or visit the property.

You will provide the requested information about the property when booking so we can appropriately define the area and structures included within the clearing.

As the Facilitator, I connect over Zoom with a psychic medium from our SRT team. The medium enters a trance or meditative state to work within our spiritual framework while I lead the investigation using established SRT protocols.

Throughout the session, the medium communicates their impressions and findings to me while I guide the investigative and clearing process.

Within the framework of our spiritual practice, we identify and address non-beneficial energetic influences that present during the session with the intention of supporting greater energetic harmony and balance throughout the property.

At the conclusion of the clearing, we complete the appropriate final SRT checks for the land and structures included within the session.

Your Property Clearing Report

I document the investigation as it unfolds and prepare a written report explaining what areas were explored, what presented within the session, and the work performed.

Your completed report is emailed after the clearing, typically within 1–2 weeks.

Depending on what presents, your report may also include observations that can help you better understand the property from the perspective of the SRT framework and support your own ongoing spiritual or energetic practices within the space.

Working With the Land, Not Against It

A property is more than acreage on a map.

It's where people build homes, raise families, grow food, care for animals, create businesses, gather, rest, and make memories.

My approach to property SRT isn't about declaring a piece of land “bad,” frightening you about its history, or trying to spiritually sterilize everything that came before you.

It's about discernment, respect, and sovereignty.

We investigate what presents within the SRT framework, address what falls within the appropriate scope of the practice, and allow the land and structures to retain the history and character that are simply part of being a lived-in place.

SRT is a spiritual practice, and terminology and findings within the session and report reflect the spiritual framework and beliefs of that practice. They should not be interpreted as objectively verified supernatural events or as environmental, structural, legal, historical, or other professional assessments.

The goal isn't a property without history.

It's a space where the energy of today has room to become its own.

Service Limitations — Safety & Integrity

To protect the safety of our team and maintain the integrity and appropriate scope of this work, we reserve the right to decline and refund clearing requests that fall outside the services we provide.

We do not accept clearing requests for:

• Active war zones or regions experiencing ongoing military conflict

• Areas experiencing extreme instability or continuous violence

• Large institutional properties or environments such as hospitals, prisons, universities, or similar high-risk locations

These environments may involve complex circumstances extending far beyond the scope of an individual spiritual or energetic service and may require multiple forms of real-world professional or institutional support. We therefore do not accept them as SRT clearing targets.

This service is intended for properties you own, occupy, operate, manage, or otherwise have appropriate permission to include in spiritual or energetic work.
