Can Spirit Release Therapy Be Done Remotely?

Yes.

In fact, with the way my Spirit Release Therapy sessions are structured, clients are not present during the session itself.

Now that may sound confusing and if you need more information about WHAT Spirit Release Therapy is read my first post on it, What is Spirit Release Therapy?

Back to doing this work remotely. No you the client are not present during the session.

This is intentional.

Within the SRT framework my team practices, we work with what we call an element of surprise. Our approach is based on the understanding that unwanted spiritual or energetic influences may attempt to conceal themselves when they are aware they are being actively sought out. By conducting the session without the client participating or anticipating a specific appointment time, our team is able to investigate the energetic field without announcing exactly when that investigation will take place.

If you're new to energy work, that concept can understandably raise some questions.

How can a spiritual or energetic session happen when the practitioner and client aren't sitting in the same room? What exactly happens after you purchase a session? And if you aren't there while the work is taking place, how do you know what was discovered?

Let's walk through it.

What Happens After I Purchase a Remote SRT Session?

The process is actually quite simple on your end.

You select the Spirit Release Therapy session that best fits what you're looking for, provide the requested information, and complete your purchase.

From there, you go on living your life.

SRT sessions are completed in the order they are received, and you do not need to schedule your day around an appointment or prepare to participate at a particular time.

Behind the scenes, my Spirit Release Therapy sessions are performed by a two-person team.

I work as the Certified Spirit Release Therapy Facilitator alongside a psychic medium. During the session, the medium enters a deeply relaxed meditative or trance state while I guide the investigation as Facilitator.

Together, and with the spiritual guidance we work with during these sessions, we systematically investigate the areas included within your selected session and address what is discovered within the scope of our work.

Once the session and documentation are complete, I prepare a written report detailing what was investigated, what was identified within the spiritual framework of the session, and what was addressed.

Your report is then delivered to you by email, typically within approximately 1–2 weeks of purchase, depending upon the current session queue.

There is nothing you need to actively do to make the session work while you wait.

Why Aren't Clients Present During the Session?

There are two important reasons I structure my SRT work this way.

The first is the element of surprise mentioned earlier.

Within the SRT methodology my team practices, we don't want to intentionally announce when an energetic investigation is about to begin. Our intention is to examine the field as it presents itself rather than potentially giving an unwanted influence the opportunity to conceal itself from the investigation.

The second reason is much more practical:

You don't have to put your life on hold for the work to happen.

You don't need to arrange a long Zoom appointment, find childcare, take time away from work, sit in meditation, or worry about whether you're doing something correctly.

Once you've submitted what we need, the investigative work belongs to us.

You simply continue living your life until your report arrives.

What Can I Do While I Wait?

You don't need to perform a special ritual, meditation, cleansing, or preparation while you're waiting for your SRT report.

But you can use this time to become a little more mindful of your own energy.

Notice what helps you feel grounded.

Pay attention to environments that leave you feeling replenished versus depleted.

Spend time outside.

Journal if you feel called to.

Practice whatever grounding, cleansing, meditation, prayer, energetic-boundary, or spiritual practices already feel supportive to you.

This doesn't need to become a period of hypervigilance where you analyze every thought, sensation, dream, or strange occurrence looking for evidence that something spiritual is happening.

The purpose of this work isn't fear.

It's awareness.

And once your report arrives and you've had time to process the information, you may feel called to become more intentional about how you tend your energetic space moving forward.

After the Clearing: Anchoring into Your Own Energy

A clearing can create a shift, but what comes afterward belongs to you.

This is where Energetic Sovereignty Guidance can complement SRT for those who feel called to deeper support.

Rather than performing another clearing for you, Energetic Sovereignty Guidance focuses on helping you develop practices that support your relationship with your own energy—including energetic cleansing and hygiene, grounding, boundaries, protection practices, and other tools tailored to you.

If you've already received an SRT report, we can also use the information within that report as additional context when exploring practices that may support you moving forward.

It isn't a required next step after SRT.

It is simply available for those who want support anchoring into their newly shifted energetic space and becoming more intentional about maintaining it.

Because my goal isn't for you to believe that you constantly need someone else to manage your energy for you.

Clearing is one tool. Sovereignty is what you build from there.
