Energetic Sovereignty Guidance is a personalized educational session designed to help you better understand your own energetic well-being while developing practical skills in energetic hygiene, psychic protection, discernment, and energetic boundaries. Rather than creating dependency, this session is intended to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to cultivate your own energetic practices in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for you. You do not have to have an SRT session prior to this one This session is ideal for individuals who: • Those interested in/have had an SRT session and would like personalized guidance moving forward. • Want to better understand energetic hygiene and daily energetic maintenance. • Are looking to develop healthy energetic boundaries. • Want practical approaches to psychic protection without relying on fear. • Desire greater confidence in their own discernment and intuition. • Have questions about their personal energetic experiences. Each session is tailored to your individual experiences, questions, and needs. Prior to Your Session If your Spirit Release Therapy session was completed by me, I will review your findings before we meet. If your SRT was completed by another qualified practitioner, I ask that a copy of your session report be provided in advance so I may review your findings and tailor our discussion accordingly.
