Flowing Current of Energy | Reiki Life has a way of asking us to carry more than we were ever meant to hold. Sometimes that weight is physical. Sometimes it is emotional. Sometimes we can't quite explain why we feel exhausted, disconnected, or unlike ourselves—we simply know that somewhere along the way, we've become burdened. Flowing Current of Energy is a heart-centered Reiki session created to help you reconnect with a place of balance, peace, and inner restoration. Through the gentle flow of Reiki, we create space for your body, mind, and spirit to release what is ready to be let go while supporting your own natural healing process. As an empath and intuitive practitioner, I often sense where emotions, life experiences, or energetic patterns are being carried within the body. These impressions are never forced or assumed but simply observed as they naturally arise throughout your session. Together, Reiki and intuitive guidance create a deeply personal healing experience that meets you exactly where you are. Your session begins with an energetic cleansing before we move into the Reiki healing itself. Working through a distance connection, I first tend to the energetic field surrounding your body before moving through the physical body. Throughout the session, I remain present with you, offering gentle guidance as you relax into the experience. Many clients notice shifts in sensation, emotion, or awareness as stagnant energy begins to move, and the body settles into a deeper state of harmony. Every healing journey unfolds differently because every person arrives with their own story. Some experience profound relaxation, others gain clarity around emotional patterns, while many simply leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived. Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time for the healing to unfold naturally without being rushed. Before we conclude, we take time to ensure you feel centered and supported as you return to your day. ~After Your Session~ Energy work continues to integrate long after the session has ended. You may notice emotional release, increased clarity, vivid dreams, or a deep sense of peace as your system processes the healing. Staying well hydrated before and after your session is one of the simplest and most supportive ways to help your body integrate this work with ease.
