1. Herbal & Magickal Goods

•  All herbal blends, salts, and magickal workings are final sale.

•  Due to health and safety regulations, as well as the energetic intention infused into each product,

• returns and refunds cannot be accepted.

•  If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can

• find a solution together.

2. Print-on-Demand Merchandise (shirts, mugs, candles, etc.)

•  Each item is made to order and therefore non-refundable.

•  If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email me within 7 days of receiving

• your order. I will happily work with my printing partners to replace the item at no cost to you.

 

3. Digital Downloads (printables, workbooks, journals, guided audio healings)

•  All digital products are non-refundable once purchased, as they cannot be “returned.”

•  If you experience trouble accessing your files or audio, please reach out and I will make sure you

• receive working access.

4. Healing Services & Intuitive Sessions

•  Sessions are non-refundable once completed.

•  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule

• one time at no additional cost.

•  Missed appointments without prior notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
