7 Chakra Guided Healing

This guided healing was born with intent to help you take a step back when you feel called and bring your attention within for healing.

This particular download is guided for the 7 Major Chakras of your physical body. Bringing in clearing, balance and healing to light them up from within. Anchoring in a deeper connection with your soul, and clearing out what is no longer serving you in your current journey.

This healing is 35-40 minutes in length, walking you through each Chakra, giving attention, and making a connection from one to the next. Illuminating your light within.

You can take this healing to the next level and utilize incense/smudge sticks, essential oils, grounding crystals or specifically a clear quartz crystal to aid in all of your Chakras clearing and grounding while listening to my guided, visual healing and welcoming in the Reiki held within.
